2. Definitions
"Site" — the trustcar.ro website and all its pages. "User" — any person who accesses the site. "Seller" — AVIASPRAY S.R.L. (Trust Car). "Products" — the used vehicles displayed on the site.
3. Product information
All information displayed on the site (prices, technical specifications, images) is for informational purposes only. Prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Vehicle availability is updated periodically but cannot be guaranteed in real time.
4. Purchasing vehicles
A vehicle is purchased exclusively at the company's premises, by signing a sale-purchase contract. Payment terms are agreed contractually at the company's premises. All vehicles are sold with a tax invoice and complete documents of origin.
5. Warranty
All vehicles sold by AVIASPRAY S.R.L. (Trust Car) benefit from a conformity warranty in accordance with applicable legislation (GO 21/1992). The conditions and duration of the warranty vary depending on the vehicle and are stipulated in the sale-purchase contract.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the site (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of AVIASPRAY S.R.L. or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
AVIASPRAY S.R.L. is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies in the site's content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of technical errors.
8. Dispute resolution
Any dispute will be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, consumers may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms through the ANPC or the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
